Last October Challenge Day
Happy Halloween and happy last day of the October Challenge!
My Dodgers came back from 5 down to take Game 5 and win the 2024 World Series! Freddie Freeman was named MVP after homering in 4 straight games (6 consecutive WS games, a new record) and Shohei Ohtani captured his first ring.
Because the Dodgers took care of business last night, the results will come out tomorrow.
Appreciate all of you who participated this month. Next week will be some good ole fashion trivia and a survey about this newsletter.
TODAY’S TRIVIA: The final question of the October Challenge will be an NHL question. As one sport ends, the next begins.
I also tried to come up with a Halloween question, but they were pretty obscure.
Earlier this week, John Tavares notched his 12th career hat trick, which is tied for 7th among active players.
Who has the most hat tricks among active NHL players?click to reveal |
All of these players are ahead of Tavares in total hat tricks.
No hints!
Yesterday’s Trivia: James Harden leads all active players with 23 50-point games. He’s just a few away from Wilt Chamberlain’s record of 118 games…
Are you in the hunt?
