Wednesday Trivia

TODAY’S TRIVIA: Have you all been paying attention to Alexander Ovechkin this season?

Wayne Gretzky holds the all-time record for the most goals (894) and it has long been considered an unbreakable record.

Ovechkin (883) looked like he might be out of the chase after last season, where he scored the fewest goals ever in a full season. But this season, he has 1 fewer goal in half the number of games and his Capitals are top of the Eastern Conference.

And after scoring once in last night’s 1-3 loss to the Flames, he sits just 11 goals behind The Great One with 24 games to play.

Gretzky and Ovechkin sit one and two for the most goals all-time…
