Friday Trivia
Prediction too
What a game!
The Irish (7) come away with the win over the Nittany Lions (6) and will face the winner of Ohio State (8) and Texas (5). Penn State looked like the stronger team early on, but Notre Dame QB Riley Leonard (who left briefly in the 2nd quarter for a possible concussion) would not go away.
More sports fun: Second semi-final tonight, first round of the NFL playoffs, Australian Open (Tennis), NCAA basketball, NFL, NBA and more.
TODAY’S PREDICTION: Cotton Bowl tonight. The Buckeyes are 6-point favorites over the Longhorns.
One fun wrinkle to this matchup is that it’s essentially a home game for the Longhorns; the Cotton Bowl is at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Game time: Cotton Bowl: (8) Ohio State vs. (5) Texas | 7:30pm ET on ESPN
My 2 cents: Ohio State has looked like the best team in the country over the last couple of weeks. They had the mulligan against Michigan but after pummelling Oregon last week, I find it a tall ask for the Longhorns. I think the key to the game will be the first few possessions. If the Longhorns can stay in it early (to keep the crowd in it), they have a chance against OSU.
My pick: Ohio State 31, Longhorns 17
TODAY’S TRIVIA: We got trivia as well!
Bucs receiver Mike Evans tied Hall of Famer Jerry Rice for the NFL record for the most consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons with 11.

Thanks for playing. See you tomorrow.
