Tuesday Trivia

ICYMI: New Challenge Alert. Details below.

Tuesday thought bubble: Happy first day of October. We have the October challenge, MLB Playoffs, WNBA Playoffs, key formula 1 races, lots of American and international football, NBA season starts, and NHL season starts. Love it.

TODAY’S TRIVIA: We lost two legends yesterday: MLB legend Pete Rose (83) and finger-wagging NBA Hall-of-Famer Dikembe Mutombo (58. F*ck cancer). Both were known as leaders in one key stat: hits and blocked shots.

Rose has the most hits all-time with 4,256, while Mutombo sits second all-time in blocked shots with 3,289.

One hint today.

Yesterday’s Trivia: Michael Lewis wrote Moneyball and The Blind Side. Both books are pretty good and quite different from the movies.

New Challenge Alert: for October (and September 30th), we will be playing a full month-long trivia challenge. At the end of each week, I will put the top 5-10 so you can see where you stand.

The winner of the trivia challenge will win the MST first hat.

This player spent the majority of his career with the team that drafted him but spent his final season playing for the Raptors

Thanks for playing. See you tomorrow.
